Advanced Power Management doesn't stick

I've used HDD Guardian for many, many drives before and never had a problem.

But now I'm using a HGST hard drive in my laptop and there's a problem.

I put the value of the APM to "0" and it stays there (even after restarting the program, as admin of course). But after the computer reboots or wakes up from stand-by, the value is reset to 128 (which causes the HD to make clicking noises, that are very annoying when sitting right next to the PC).

Why is this happening, are HGST models know for this and are there any solutions?

Yes, this seem a problem related to HGST devices; the only solution that I can provide (but at this moment is not available) is to save the APM setting into a file and then, when loaded, applied to device to keep the same level after the system shut down.
Unfortunately some drives (at least with WD and HGST) loose this setting when the system is fully powered down (not on restart).
I'll provide as soon as possible a beta build with this feature to test it! ;)

On version 0.7.1 APM setting is automatically saved and restored during HDD Guardian startup! ;)
