relative to estimated times:
- conveyance : on Seagate 1TB takes 2 minutes on WD 1TB takes 5 minutes
- off data collection : on Seagate 1TB takes 10 minutes on WD 1TB takes 4 hours and 36 minutes !!!
What is the matter ?

It's normal, since each manufacturer can put a different test on his drive (maybe WD has coded a more intensive test than Seagate).
You can also see the data provided by the disk on Manage -> Device output panel, on the block called "General SMART Values". As example, this is the block of my OCZ Vertex 3:
